I had my first contacts with the review system for AppStore submissions and must say: pretty impressive. After I submitted two applications I had not to wait long for answers. For the map- and position-based application they gave a details description why it was rejected and how to solve this issue - they also provided a screenshot of the unsuitable situation within the app that led to this rejection. Actually I forgot to fire an alert message when the user disallowed location-tracking. The second app - a really tiny eh. kind of utility - even made them calling me to only say that it has a word in its application name which is not allowed on Apple-side. After changing the name, I am sure that it will be accepted soon. The two applications were built with Titanium Mobile which is pretty awesome for small apps but get very uncomfortable and crazy for bigger ones. The main and big problem is that the GUI has to be defined within the code lines. Will keep you updated about the process.
